My department said to “be honest” this last survey. Then they were mad the ENTIRE department scored a -100% happiness 😃. And guess what? They made no changes with the negative input

I quit my company twice before I got a role in corporate (part time to full time) they were having discussions about the turn over rate for the old position and baffled at it, wanted insight from the team I raised my hand and said “as someone who quit twice I am happy to share my thoughts” 🤣🤣

I've been brutally honest on these surveys since day one. Everyone should be making more money, and no one should be doing someone else's job. This past year I got promoted and suddenly my anonymous survey responses are "a problem for morale". My staff had the highest morale rating in the department and all praised me in their surveys.
