Either way she will not be going home. That needs to be clearly articulated to the public. Either she spends her life in a prison or a mental facility. For those unaware, state mental hospitals are in many ways way worse than a woman’s prison.

The psych dr who saw her after the fall told us she was future oriented in her first responses - her first question was “Do I need a lawyer” proving she knew what she did & was aware of the repercussions
