Rotators break the dart. when cypher's main role is to hold off the rush popping cages and playing off his trips. rotators can 1. shoot the dart without having to turn their back on the rushing team 2. have smokes to hide in and break the dart between pulses 3. be much further back in the site cypher so they are less likely to take the first contact than cypher You have to think of it to be similar to an execute. If you expect the jett who will dash inside the site first to break the util but play his life and take fights. The cypher is in the exact same position. The cypher is technically your entry trying to secure you that space to walk in on. Those are my two cents on the debate
