@holvek: The Meissner effect is a physical phenomenon in which a superconductor, when cooled below a certain critical temperature, expels the magnetic field from its volume. This creates forces between the superconductor and a magnet that can lead to levitation. This principle underlies well-known quantum levitation experiments. In such experiments, a special superconductor is cooled, for example, with liquid nitrogen, and then placed above a magnetic track. After cooling, the superconductor begins to interact with the magnetic field and can hover above the track. A particularly interesting phenomenon is magnetic flux pinning: the magnetic field appears to be "pinned" within the superconductor at certain points, allowing it to maintain a stable position relative to the magnetic track and move along it. Therefore, a superconductor can levitate not only above a magnet but also remain fixed on a specific trajectory even when the system's position changes. This phenomenon is often referred to as quantum levitation or quantum locking. In fact, the laws of physics are not violated here: the unusual behavior is explained by the properties of superconductors, the Meissner effect, and the interaction of the magnetic field with the quantum states of the material.
