I have motor control issues with the bladder neck and the anal sphincter I have those issues because of a car wreck I got into I got hit by a 1995 Ford F-150 doing 45 miles an hour and I was riding a bicycle before that I had a slight leakage issue I wouldn't get a warning until I was just at the point of popping and yes I bursted at the seems several times so I think it's more or less a congenital issue and then the wreck took a congenital issue and turned it into a full on total incontinency where I no longer have the ability to hold it where it just leaks out the very minute it comes out of the kidneys and my bowels are no different they just have no hold like it's passively leaking

so I dont have incontinence but pee alot atleast every hour if not more I am about to start a traffic control job so I will be in the road flagging for like 12 hours a day with no bathrooms if im lucky a dirty smelly yucky portapotty so I have made the choice to try and wear diapers all day for work

I’ve had urgency most of my life due to damage done from SA when I was little. I’ve had times when I’ve wet myself in public and decided to wear protection when I go out. At first I found it embarrassing buying them but not as embarrassing as having a huge wet mark on my trousers and doing the walk of shame. I also find the urgency isn’t as bad now as the toilet anxiety has been reduced so I wear them and end up dry most times
