About the timeline.... They were able to get the babys heart beat back, and he had a heartbeat for, 3 days I think? Typically, you can only get a heartbeat back within the first 3–5 minutes if CPR is started immediately and an AED is used when appropriate. After about 10 minutes without any CPR the chances of survival become very low. So that means the baby had been str*ngled within about 10 minutes of the first responders getting to him.... And they arrived supposedly 6 minutes after Patrick called 911. Yet, Lindsay had hypothermia and a body temp of 82° in 27 minutes from the time Patrick left until he got home? Even if it IS possible to get hypothermia in the 27 minutes Patrick says he was gone due to her injuries and being in the snow... It takes 5-6 minutes to str*ngle a child. So that's at least 15 of the 27 minutes Patrick was "gone". Then, in the remaining 12 minutes she had time to take off her apple watch and put it in the drawer, move the BIG @SS BED from in front the window, crush up the pills and take them and it be long enough for them to be in her system, sl*t both wrists and her throat, jump out the window, AND get hypothermia...? Nah...

Not because she killed her children but because she wanted her medical power of attorney switched from her husband to her parents….SHE DIDNT TRUST HIM TO MAKE MEDICAL DECISIONS FOR HER WHEN SHE WAS VOICELESS AND PARALYZED. I’m gonna be honest with you, the watch being tucked away is really a key point. Has somebody who works IT he would know the watch would alert the police if it detect a low heartbeat or a dying heartbeat.

The fact that she wrote in her journal that her brain fog was so bad that she couldn’t make a plan for anything, she didn’t know what was wrong with her. It makes me think he was tormenting her or gaslighting her into believing she was crazy. If she couldn’t make a plan, how could she meticulously plan to off her kids and herself? I don’t think she did it.

He turned off location services on the watch after going up and downstairs with it because he took it with him to CVS so he could call himself from her watch. Which is why it looks like she called him while he was out and the watch had recorded activity. Him leaving the house that day for those “errands” was just his alibi.

the biggest inconsistency to me is that her body temp was 82 but the youngest was still able to be revived, her body couldn’t have reached that temp in short enough of a time for the youngest to still have brain function
