I delived some shopping and the boyfriend said i wish my girlfriend would tell me she was ordering.. got back to store and customer service was on the phone saying my customer doesn't live there anymore so someone got some free shopping

at Icelands this scenario is inconvient but all runs on our device are not fully closed down untill we end the run(get back to store) so this scenario would be a simple case of going onto failed deliveries on the device and redeliver it as normal.

Wholesaler here. We have " Treat our wmployees with respect policy ". that means However the customer acts, Refuse delivery & take it back, No excuse. And the drivers have a chest cam to back up the reason, even after the customer lies. . in these scene, the driver will still return it after customer changes their mind.
