Dogs aren’t suppose to have garlic (or onions) of any sort. I’m assuming the seasonings didn’t get on the skin of salmon

You can freeze them. My job sells these and white fish cakes, we make them in house. We cook them, freeze, then vacuum seal so they hold their shape and don’t get mushed from the vac seal.

My grandma made these but added a cooked potato to the mix. It makes the patty softer, & the potato retains moisture so they’re never dry:)

I freeze mine, I’m the only one in the house that likes them, so I make a big batch and freeze them so I can have them anytime I want, and they also do great for work lunch

I know this is a little much, but I use to own a restaurant. Instead of bread crumbs we took a few scallops, puréed them and added to salmon. It acts as a binder instead of the bread crumbs. Food for thought!!

I add fresh dill to the salmon patties, bake them instead of frying and serve with a garlic aolio
