Do you think it’s necessary to take pre-calculus before AP calculus if I’ve already taken algebra 2? When I took algebra 2 last year, my teacher said he was giving his AP pre-calculus students the same exact math problems, so I’m unsure if it’s even worth taking beforehand.

im taking calc bc next year as a senior i feel so behind even though this is the highest math in my school and only seniors can take it at my school. i took precalc but not ab so am k cooked? my teacher did teach almost all of calc 1 tho we did all of it but integration and i did better in precalc when we started calc. idk im scared and i need a 4 or 5 to get credit at my top school.

I took pre-Calc and I’m definitely not taking a peak cause it freaks me out but I wanna give a tip on the unit circle. Something I did is instead of trying to memorize the points on the unit circle and the unit circle itself. I learned how to make the unit circle, so it’s like I can’t actively recall the circle off the top of my head, but I can draw it out and write all of the points but I do know off the top of my head like what quadrants are positive and negative and I know like what like all the values in quadrant one are equal to, and I know like the points that aren’t in the quadrants but they’re like in the beginning of the quadrant if that makes sense and what their values are too

Do u know how much harder is AP Calc BC? I took AP Precalc junior year but I heard BC is a lot harder than AB, and I’m not sure I’m ready 😭😭
