My egg came out as mush. You have to overcook the egg until it’s like rubber to get that to work.

You have to do it when it’s hot and the water has to be really cold. You can just break the fat end of the egg and then keep breaking it under any cold water and it’ll slide off. The fat end has that pocket it releases the heat and lets the cold get in to shrink the egg a little.

And now you have to wash the jar. Try this, it is the same thing but easier. When you drain the hot water off your boiled eggs, shake the pan around and up and down so they all crack. Then fill the pot with water and lots of ice. Let sit for a while and then peel. Sooo easy. The water gets between the egg and the shell and makes the whole process a piece of cake.
