I have seborrheic dermatitis & have been using this exact shampoo and mct on my scalp for almost a year (along side a change in my diet to cut out as much yeast as possible) & when i say my scalp has never looked betteeeeeerrrrr. I stand by everything you've mentioned in this video! 🙌🏾
