How does “I like animals more than people” logically translate to “I’m not a good person”? 😂 That’s a non sequitur. You’re taking a personal preference and turning it into a moral judgment without establishing any connection between the two. If someone says they prefer animals because they find them more loyal, affectionate or emotionally uncomplicated, that doesn’t mean they hate people, lack empathy or mistreat humans. You can disagree with the preference without pretending it’s evidence of someone’s character.
