The part of Jack that’s inside BON is his genuine insanity and malice towards everyone after the situation, and it developed right after Felix killed his children…the man had nothing left to lose in a sense and decided to try and do things on his own, only to die in the process with his anger and regret…part of him moved on but the other half stayed which is why he was so brutal towards bunny smiles workers but yet seemingly “gentle” in the end towards rosemary after he tore her apart…almost regretful because that part of him that loved his family is still somewhat around
