Boss Good morning with regards to PCC it not possible for someone to do it on any portal in UAE here. The person has to apply it from home take it to the court to be attested from court it has to go to the ministry of foreign affairs before it get to MOFA UAE in Ghana for attestation and reference letter before it can be used for any visa related issues so please go back again and do a proper research because u are confusing people here

Authorities in uae need attested police clearance from home counties before they can proceed that is for visit visa holders but if your visa is cancelled in uae you only need local police clearance that is all
