OMG... I've dreamed of this bread forever but know it's so out of my reach to go and have it IN Uzbekistan... never even imagined I could do a home made version, I know it won't be the same but it fills me with joy to know it's an option...!

one thing I will say is if you have an enamelled Dutch oven don't do this, heating them without anything in the bottom of them causes cracking and chipping which makes the pot unusable (a lot of people use cracked/chipped ones for baking bread, you just need to make sure you have parchment paper protecting the loaf from coming into contact with the enamel but idk how safe that would even be)
