I am sadly going through this exact scenario, I had to stop chemotherapy and radiation to return to work I now work 19 hours a day 5 days a week I work overnight 12a - 8a then 8a - 7pm I sleep only 2 hours a day I don't go home between jobs I change from my uniform for the FD into my construction business work clothes my insurance won't cover my chemotherapy pills for 30 day supply its a $1,250.00 copay every penny I earn pays bills and medication if I don't get back to treatment by Oct. 30th I have 2-6 years to live if I'm lucky the cancer has metastasized into my lungs, areas of my brain, my esophagus, the bones in my right hand, I never had debt I never spent money on unnecessary purchases I've applied to support programs but they say I make to much money to qualify but if I work less I can't afford my chemotherapy pills so I have to choose between medication and food I eat 2 times a week I cut a chicken breast in half and make 2 meals out of a half of chicken breast no sides just plain chicken breast I have been a first responder since 2008 saving many lives in fires, car wrecks and so on I broke my back in 3 places during a search & rescue operation I've broken my leg battling brush fires and when I requested help financially I was denied. I don't complain I put on a I'm fine act when inside I'm dying.

If, as projected, AI is going to decimate economies, this scenario (and much, much worse) will play out on mass scales... So. Why aren't we getting out Ahead of This?! Why aren't we collectively, brain storming a New Valuation System?! One where Everyone starts off with everything they Need?! The monetary system has been the Greatest STUMBLING BLOCK, crippling mankind's ability to THRIVE! How many Inventors, Scientists, Doctors, Poets & Artists, were Never Allowed to BECOME, simply because the daily necessities needed to be 'afforded' through the exchange of ones LIFE HOURS / economically forced labor?! It's all going away anyway... so why aren't we using this opportunity to base "value" around something EVERYONE has? Life. DNA (Stem cells [[therapy]] can now be MADE from existing cellular samples = every single human contains their own "lifetime supply" of Stem Cell Therapy foundations. Is there no value in that? 🤷🏼‍♀️*thoughts...

Im taking care my mom for years, quit my job, start a business then fell, do odd job because I want to focus on my mom diagnosed with pseudo dementia, i have a wife and a son, life is hard, try to talk with my sister how can 3 of us take care my mom, but end up fighting, suddenly, both of my sisters made decision they take my mom and want to sell my mom house, they discuss on july and me out of the house on August, with no steady job i need to leave the house, now im struggling to survive and support my wife and kids. When they still study i work triple shift, sleep anywhere i can, just to support them, and this is what i get in return. One day I maybe can forgive them, but i will never forget the moment they throw me out. I am lost.
