@2spoons14: Wild Blueberry & Sweet Blackberry Noon 🫐 A no-bake Greek-yogurt cake that tastes like a bright summer afternoon: buttery biscuit base, a thick layer of cool Greek-yogurt cheesecake cream, a glossy wild-blueberry mirror, and a dense blanket of blueberries, blackberries and dark grapes on top. Deep-blue berries are little antioxidant bombs — the rare dessert that loves you back: light, fresh, no oven. RECIPE Base: 200g biscuits + 90g melted butter, press into a ring. Blueberry purée: 250g blueberries + 2 tbsp honey, simmer 5 min, blend, cool. Cream: 500g Greek yogurt + 200g cream cheese + 60g honey + 1 tsp vanilla, whip smooth. Build: biscuit -> thin purée -> cream -> smooth -> blueberry mirror on top -> chill 4h. Lift the ring, cover the whole top with blueberries, blackberries and dark grapes, finish with a white yogurt drizzle.
