I heard someone say that she was crying because the magic jean was using was more powerful than the spell strange cast so it broke it but only for the time she was stuck and when they were back to normal she doesn't remember anymore but she remembers remembering she just doesn't remember what it was that she remembered

She was sitting on the roof of the highschool rubbing the necklace he gave her she either remembers fragments or she got her memories back but is still hurt it that Peter never came to her for four years after the spell

Jean went into peters mind, she might have gotten access to way more of his memories than what was shown. She might have shown Ned and MJ about them. The spell that was cast by doctor strange might not have completely removed the memories but rather lock them away and Jean was able to break the lock when she was controlling them. Similar to how she broke something in bruces mind
