![HOMEMADE SUN DRIED TOMATOES✨ These are so much tastier than store bought sun dried tomatoes & SO easy to make 🍅 Ingredients: Cherry or Grape Tomatoes Salt Olive Oil Basil [optional] Set oven to 175F. Cut tomatoes in half and lay cut side up on a parchment paper lined baking sheet, sprinkle with salt. Cook tomatoes for 2 1/2 hrs. Take tomatoes out and gently smash down to release the extra juices. Cook for another 2 hrs. Remove from the oven & let cool. Add tomatoes to a jar with olive oil, a pinch of salt & basil.
