Just so everyone knows, the officer was waiting for more backup & for the kids to get out of the cars & for the other mother to arrive. Once all the kids were out and the right people showed up to take the kids, both moms got arrested. Camera footages showed the kids were in the cars for like 3 hours while the sisters were just shopping in the mall. Both were charged for 3 counts of child neglect & they couldn’t get their kids for like 5 days while they were in CPS care. They felt NO remorse and even said “the kids are safer In the car instead of getting kidnapped in the mall” like wtf
