My best friend had a serious mental illness after her second baby. Doctors kept saying it was PPD. She had some similar experiences to Lindsay. Turns out it was a brain tumor that took months to discover because docs were just quick to dismiss her symptoms as PPD and prescribe psychotropic drugs.

Having two kids and currently being pregnant myself this whole case is heartbreaking 💔 That mom begged for help, and wasn’t taken 100% seriously and now she has to live with what she did in her mind every second of everyday and that’s a hell I don’t want to imagine. I can say I pray for some peace but I don’t think this poor Mama will ever have peace with anything. 💔😭 It’s ridiculous she wasn’t listened to and could’ve prevented this horrible tragedy, but I do hope that this case sheds light on Mental Health, Mental Health after having a child, and I pray if any Mamas are suffering from the same thing that they seek out help and is actually HELPED
