Idk I can’t relate because I don’t have discriminatory dating preferences . I think that’s a cop out because someone’s identity of any kind , something they can’t change about themselves is never a dealbreaker for me . I don’t care about race , cultural differences, sexual identity or anything of that nature. If you’re a good person who treats me well then I’ll give you a chance . I don’t have a specific type. A dating preference is like I don’t date people who treat others poorly or discriminate. I don’t date people who are unemployed because I prefer to date someone who also has a job so I don’t feel like I have to take care of them. I don’t date men who say “Weee,” when they go down a hill in their vehicle because it gives me the ick or someone who has poor hygiene . Those are non discriminatory preferences and that’s how a healthy emotionally intelligent anti discriminatory person sees things . Not dating bisexual men isn’t a dating preference it’s literally discrimination that’s plain homophobia.

whats so funny to me is in the real world this "preference" will most likely never be an option to enforce. like have you even met a bisexual man in real life?! thats like me getting on here proclaiming "I dont date French canadians" am i Canadian? no. have I ever met a French Canadian? no. they dont realize they are coming off like MAGA talking bout trans women in sports, its literally a non-issue!

I get it’s inherently exclusionary but I do think it’s wild that bigotry and discrimination of all forms are just cool as long as your talking about who you want in the bedroom. Weird that, that’s where we draw the line for prejudice.

This is also the thing when men go out of their way to mention they don’t date fat women on their profiles. They could just not date fat women, but on some level they want to be mean and are therefore subject to criticism because of their actions, not their preferences.
