This is such an interesting way to transform ground beef! Doner Kebab! Thanks @MezeMike for sharing this genius hack! Recipe below: (in this video I did a triple batch) * 1 lb ground beef * 1 grated onion, food processed into a paste with 1 tsp water * 3 garlic cloves minced * 1 teaspoon salt * 1.5 teaspoons sweet paprika * 1 teaspoon oregano * ¼ cup yogurt * 1 tablespoon olive oil * (lemon for squeezing atop the meat post cooking) - Preheat oven to 400 degrees - Add all ingredients kebab into a bowl minus lemon juice and mix thoroughly with your hands - Divide the meat mixture in half - Roll the halved meat mixture between two pieces of parchment paper - Roll the parchment over into a thin log and bake on a baking sheet for 40 minutes - Unroll your meat and remove them from the parchment paper, break apart into pieces, squeeze some lemon juice on them and place back onto baking sheet and broil for 2 minutes just to get that golden brown coloring and slightly crisp texture. - Enjoy on lavish, pita, (I made homemade fresh milled flour naan) with sumac onions, lettuce, yogurt sauce, garlic sauce, whatever you have on hand!
