Girl, other day my table had an issue with their order, I was sympathetic because it was wrong (kitchens mistake) and it was the daughters birthday. I told the mom I would give her daughter a free slice of cake, and when I brought it out, this lady looks me dead in the face and goes “I thought you were gonna bring a whole cake”. Now why tf would I do that??? Then their card declined three times
