There’s an app called Wellspoken. It’s good for improving your communication skills. Gives you a report on basically everything. Pace, confidence, conciseness, pronunciation, structure and filler words.

We are so harsh on ourselves as black people. We are multilingual (speak 2-3 languages & comprehend more) We were never meant to speak English like whites. None of the whites can ever be as multilingual like most SAns & speak multiple languages so well.
