You will be better off and be more satisfied, eating a nutrient, dense whole food option, as opposed to something with lots of artificial fillers to make it low-calorie. In general, the less processed, the better! 3. Eat with Intention Have intention with the food you put in your body for fuel. The battery you eat, the better you feel!
