I’m listening to the audio version now and have about an hour left. As a mom, and as a fellow woman who has struggled with body image, my heart has broken for you so many times throughout this book. There were moments I just wanted to reach through my headphones, give you the biggest bear hug, and somehow take some of that pain away. Toward the end, I can genuinely hear a difference in your voice. Hearing you talk about continuing your education, earning certifications, and putting in the work to better understand yourself makes me feel like you’re finding a stronger, healthier place within yourself. I applaud you for being so incredibly raw and vulnerable—not only with yourself, but with the entire world. I can only imagine how scary it was to share some of these experiences.
