I’m going to say this on every post I see regarding this case- Elizabeth Siders most likely has a learning disability and does not understand the severity of these charges. They do not make the legal system easy to understand nor navigate for people with disabilities. Watch the intake video of Gary Jr- he is stimming. I honestly believe the two met in a special education classroom, and if they were never given health education, this is just one of many consequences.

Out of the pics of the 4 of them, Elisabeth looks like a mixture of sad and confused, like she doesn’t understand what’s going on 😬 I could be totally wrong though and this doesn’t excuse what happened to those kids…but it’s clear she needs some sort of help

Elizabeth was the original victim. She later became a perpetrator of abuse, but mentally she’s probably stuck between 13-15. And if she was the original victim, she had no idea what she was doing was wrong. I truly believe that she will be found to be incompetent to stand.

In my (very limited researched) opinion I think that she may be a victim now, but years ago was a perpetrator and now is a victim of her own creating/condoning/enabling.

Competency evaluations are common practice, especially in cases with more severe charges. It ensures prosecution has covered all bases and defense can’t come back later and say “I didn’t understand what was going on”
