yall she’s not saying you can’t use all these products together. she’s just saying that if it’s causing issues (drying out, skin scaling) then don’t apply them all at the same exact time. space out. everyone’s skin tolerates differently. personally i can apply glycolic acid with tret just fine but for others it can work better to space out if it causes issues. also some people aren’t aware they are doubling up on retinol, then wondering my their face is so irritated. the video is just educational

yes, this happened to me with niacinamide. i didn't know my cleanser, eye cream and serum had it, it didn't say in the packaging, it was on the ingredient list and i was dealing with irritation and sensitivity 🥲 as well, with korean products.

I do it twice a week. 4% Glycolic acid,.025 Tret, 10% Azelaic acid. Then way it has gently but slowly resurfaced my skin within a few months is mind blowing. I wish I would’ve done it a long time ago

1st retinoids and benzoyl peroxide work amazing together. 2nd sometimes retinoid acid and glycolic acid can actually be combined the same night depending on the strength of the two acids. 3rd youre not a dermatologist so leave it to the experts to give advice on such matters
