I had phantom smells of cigarette smoke with both my babies and then it continued after pregnancy. I will smell smoke randomly

OH MY GOSH SOMEONE ELSE SMELLS CIGARETTE SMOKE. I still to this day randomly will smell it. I thought it was covid that did it to me, but maybe it was pregnancy 🤨

I’m 31 weeks right now and back around 10-12 weeks for me I had the phantom smells! I woke up one day and was convinced something was rotting in our fridge. I made my husband go through the entire fridge to see what was smelling. There was nothing there 😂

My smell would be soap. I randomly smelled soap all the time 😭

I’ve never smoked. But when I was pregnant with my now almost 3 year old son, I started smelling cigarette smoke as well. It has actually never gone away. But I notice it mostly when my allergies are flaring. I also had bad rhinitis during my pregnancy, so I’ve always attributed it to sinus inflammation.
