Il y a quelqu'un là-bas censé être la personne qui vous tient pendant ces nuits difficiles, il y a une meilleure route à parcourir et je sais qu'il est difficile de le voir maintenant. ça ira mieux, vous l'avez probablement entendu mille fois, ça devient ennuyeux mais je vous promets que dans quelques années, quand vous serez guéri, ce sera quelque chose que vous regarderez. si vous avez des gens à envoyer, que ce soit sa famille ou ses amis, vous avez des raisons de rester. un jour à la fois, prenez un café avec un ami, déchirez une page de devoirs que vous ne pouvez pas comprendre, sortez et prouvez que vous n'êtes pas assez tranquille dans le monde. qui voit ce que vous ne voyez pas en vous. vous êtes plus qu'une fille, un fils ou un enfant, plus qu'une personne. vous êtes unique, avec vos passe-temps, votre vie, votre humour, vos compétences, vos intérêts. il y a un meilleur chemin à parcourir, ne vous laissez pas dérailler avant de le voir. je sais que c'est difficile, mais vous valez plus que ce que vous voyez dans le miroir, vous valez plus que les mots vides qu'une voix dans votre tête vous dit constamment. votre histoire n'est pas terminée pour une raison, car il y a quelque chose de mieux pour vous juste hors de portée et vous méritez de pouvoir l'atteindre. vous êtes aimé, même quand vous n'en avez pas. vous êtes aimé, même quand vous ne voulez pas l'entendre. vous êtes suffisant, même avec un échec ou avoir pour étirer votre note les enfants. vous faites incroyable, même si vous ne le voyez pas. je sais que c'est difficile, mais vous êtes plus proche des étoiles que ces voix dans votre tête ne le seront jamais. vous êtes assez. vous êtes aimé. vous êtes chéri. vous valez la peine que les gens envoient un autocollant singulier peu sérieux n'aide PAS car les longs commentaires aident à mieux.pour tous ceux qui luttent, s'il vous plaît. il y a quelqu'un là-bas censé être la personne qui vous tient
