So 80 in at most a 55. Possibly a 45. The car was not reckless. If you are going 20 or more over the speed limit then it is hard to gauge your turn. This is literally a reason I teach my kids not to speed. People assume you are roughly going the speed limit when they determine if they can turn.

Yeah, give that fucking bike or a goddamn ticket for doing 80, that’s the problem. The speed limit is probably 45. That’s why the car pulled out in front of him, but the bike was going twice the speed limit.
