I almost hit a lady that was jay walking. The car on my left stopped suddenly so I instinctively slowed way down and sure enough if I hadn’t, the fool would have been hit. Wouldn’t have been my fault but flock cameras would prove that. Way too many people out there not following rules of the road. Now they will be caught

meijer uses a private company and any video needs to be requested and is for prosecution for private matters (theft and illegal activity). Flock is a subscription that police have access to and some companies pay for these readers. These are not the same things.
