What’s frustrating is I’ve spent thousands of dollars at Home Depot over the years—appliances, lumber, project materials, even hiring them for a screen door installation. You’d think that kind of customer loyalty would count for something when you need help. Instead, it’s been paperwork, delays, and getting passed from one company to another.
