You captured the tibloc wrong, always clip the rope aswell. See the product description

Your tibloc usage is appropriate. However that anchor is wrong. If one of the point fail the carabiner will slide to the end of the other end of the sling, instead of being already in tension with the other point thus creating a shock factor that could break the sling. Just to let you know.. i also use this setup sometimes because it’s fast and easy when I know that the two points are concrete 🤙🤙

the pulley is useless, carabiner does just fine i use prussik instead of tibloc
