At first, yes. That was the main consensus, but after doing some reflecting and viewing that scene through the lens of an adult? I switched my stance because the spell made Peter a stranger to MJ meaning every memory of Peter that MJ has (Homecoming, Far From Home & No Way Home) was erased. Not only that, but the fact Peter waited 5 years to tell MJ about the spell?? Imagine getting kidnapped & held hostage in the name of “protection” only to almost get murked 5 times in the same day, had their mind/body possessed, and then the same person who wanted to “keep you safe” claims to have had a whole life with you, how much they love you, & how they can’t/couldn’t live without you. Of course MJ is gonna move on. Peter, Ned, & MJ are ADULTS. MJ and Ned are in college getting their degrees. I fully respect and understand MJ’s position.

I feel like she could’ve at least given him a chance since it was obvious that she actually did believe that she once knew him and loved him

Those guys are not Marvel fans. You have to realize it was a spell that made her forget Peter Parker. She’s not gonna remember him. I don’t blame her for not loving Peter after this spell.
