@wholesome.mils: as chairwomen of the anti banana association… yes it is that deep 🍌 ❌ Lemon Loaf Recipe🍋 Ingredients * 200g almond flour or oat flour * 1 tsp baking powder * ½ tsp bicarbonate of soda * ½ tsp salt * Zest of 1½ lemons * 4 eggs * 160ml maple syrup or agave syrup * 60ml olive oil or avocado oil For the lemon glaze * 80g icing sugar * Fresh lemon juice, as needed * Remaining lemon zest Method 1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (160°C fan). Line a 23 x 13cm loaf tin with baking paper. 2. Add all the loaf ingredients to a large bowl and whisk until smooth. 3. Pour the batter into the lined tin and bake for 45–60 minutes 4. Allow the loaf to cool. 5. For the top, add the icing sugar to a small bowl. Whisk in lemon juice a little at a time until you have a thick, pourable icing. Stir through the remaining lemon zest. 6.
