Corn Silk 🌽 per Google...... contains a variety of vitamins, most notably Vitamin K, Vitamin C, and B-group vitamins (such as B1, B2, and B6). It is also a good source of Vitamin E and essential minerals like potassium, calcium, and magnesium.
