I assumed it'd be fine to use it as a reference as it didn't emphasize whether it was fine or not, and I didn't expect this video to get that many views since I originally made this video for me and my friends as a joke. Someone came up to me in my message requests and kindly told me that the owner of the original drawing did not allow referencing, and if the owner would like me to delete the video then I definitely will on behalf of my negligence.
