how can she have intrusive thoughts about killing the kids but in the next breath he says that she would be worried about an illness like a tummy bug being worse than what it was. a woman who wanted to kill her children wouldn't give a toss about the kids health surely 🤔 doesnt make sense to me that statement

All of thoughts of hurting the kids and them becoming sick are symptoms of anxiety. It’s an uncontrollable thought or feeling of something bad happening. If the medication is wrong it can increase these symptoms of anxiety and suicidal thoughts. Warning on all anxiety and depression meds for this.

So if he drugged her and had the pills in his truck that she had just taken but he had already taken them from her why don’t they count the pills and use what was in her system to prove that he had them in his truck bc gave them to her and slipped up keeping them in there
