We had a roof leak last year and the ceiling has those spots. The roofers told us not to worry and that there shouldn’t be any mold in the ceiling. After several coats of paint the stains are still there… would you say that there is a good chance of there being mold in the ceiling?

help! our apartment floor has had water under it THREE times due to a leak that wasnt our fault. the floor is so warped and unlabeled now and we are worried about mold growth since it happens more than once and we said to them what about mold? and they said there wont be any it’ll dry up eventually. UM WHAT?

I have also found that some molds don’t smell musty, but smell like a weird sweet smell… like when they are coming out of the hvac. But different materials hold different smells lol idk it was weirdest thing that happened in my apartment that made me sick. Some stuff smelled horribly musty and other things smelled like musty syrup. It was disturbing lol
