I can only do maybe 4 hours before tiring out. Total thyroidectomy from Hurthle Cell Carcinoma in 2021. My mother has hashimoto’s and says staying active helps but most days she feels like she got hit by a train.

I’m asking myself the same thing. It feels like I have spurts of energy here and there. It also feels like it comes and goes like a wave. What is normal? I can’t tell anymore.

I’ve had Graves Disease for 11 years. I had a thyroid storm 10 years ago and I was back to normal after it leveled out for years. Now that I’m in perimenopause, my energy is gone and they are going to remove my thyroid bc it’s back acting crazy and won’t level out.
