IF she did it, she needs to do her time for the crime but we absolutely cannot ignore that she was failed by EVERYONE around her. Her husband failed her, her family, her doctors, her community. She was screaming for help and no one listened. That said, the husband’s story is WEIRD and how he’s behaved since makes me suspicious he set her up.

Please don’t forget that Latarsha Sanders, a black mother with little access to mental health resources who was charged with the same crimes, same country & same JUDGE as Lindsay Clancy received life in prison, no parole. This is just horrible & occurred in just 2022 (the sentencing.)

I copied this comment I saw and it’s spot on: when people jump out a window themselves they don't dive head first. An unconscious or sedated body would go ahead first. Someone who jumps out the window typically ends up flat and face down. Also, it takes a minimum of 30 to 60 minutes for mild hypothermia to kick in in 2 to 3 hours for severe hypothermia to kick in. She was hypothermic by the time EMS got there. Which was less than an hour. She also wasn't talking when the EMS tried to talk to her, but was just talking to the husband? Also, no Nurse is gonna sit there and crush meds before attempting. All intentional drug overdoses are handfuls of pills because it's quick and they can swallow them fast. Why weren't the pill bottles still out? Even in a psychosis state of mind, she wouldn't have put them back. Also the direction of the cuts on her wrists are going the wrong direction and a nurse would know what direction to go. She is overly emotional and devastated, and he is barely even phased. The cops just took his word for it and didn't even question it because she has documented psychological issues and didn't even even look into him.

So wait. He asked where the kids were, hadn’t seen or heard from them. His CLEARLY MENTALLY ILL AND BROKEN WIFE tells him they’re in the basement, and he continues to just… sit with her?? Never going to see his children to make sure they’re okay?!?

If my wife had told me she had thoughts of harming our children and I came home to her in the yard in that state I would be running for my children as soon as I saw the bedroom. This man waited 11 minutes next to this woman in the snow without looking for his children.
