Oh I’ve just been using those concert ear plugs that lower volume without muffling it. They work great

dude the theatres are so loud when i saw the odyssey in imax i had headphones on with noise cancellation on and im so glad i brought them or i wouldn’t have been able to stay in the movie (i got that noise sensitivity) also im a music therapist and one of the biggest populations i work with is kids on the spectrum
