Yeah no, spidey pretty clearly holds the main focal point of marvel as its main hero, numerous statments of being the greater hero ever, his whole narritive is geared towards us the reader(we literally give him the strength to keep fighting by turning the pages lol) which is very acknowledged by the story, i dont see how reed or anyone else would be the main character besides in their own runs obviously or crossovers like avengers and f4

yeah bro maybe in 1961 😭🙏 the only argument I can see for this is him being Dooms natural parrelel and Doom being a consistent universe wide threat, therefore putting reed in situations where he appears protagonist-like, aside from that the same could be said for any of the fantastic four
