This video made me extremely emotional and seen. I was taken in by a Christian family under informal fostering/adoption. And that woman was my biggest bully & I don’t realize it until the other day that a lot of my negative self talk comes from her. And all of my positive self talk comes from me and from my best friends mom who was my shelter from that crazy witch. So thank you for sharing your story.
