Bet some of the local High School guys in welding class could TIG weld that for him. Boat seats like that wont cost much, might even be able to find some on Marketplace. I love his ambition.

my son tried to build a go cart in our attic when he was younger. my husband asked him how he was going to get it out. he didn't have a clue, just wanted to build one. lol
