you know this mentality that when we were young we had dreams to go and live in America or Europe and learn to speak French ,Chinese .I think many african leaders have also been mentally oppressed that anything that has to do with white people is better so therefore they heavily depend on White leaders . Most of the black president don't even stay in their own countries because of how bad it is .Like i don't know what's going on but it's almost like all the leaders in Africa serve someone that told them your people don't matter if they try to oppose they will be sabotage .
