Optimus rebirth 1 and 2. Scientist found optimus body. They set up a trap when autobots try to get him they infected them with spores from the sun. It’s was like a hate virus. It infected anyone that touch. At the time the matrix was within Rodimus Prime. When the revive home they coated him with an alloy that was immune to the spores so he can try to get to Rodimus without being infected. He did and got the matrix out of Rodimus and used it to extinguished the plague. You have a awsome item brother….
