Currently on a nail break as well. 😭 It's so ugly! Mine are also bendy. That is what happens when they drill/file your nail down while refilling builder gel. I use a nail harderner (Sally Hansen diamond nails), cut them down, do two coats and then in 10 days go back to the salon. Thankfully my nails grow super fast. They recommend a fill every 2-3 weeks to avoid any moisture between the builder gel/gel polish and nail plate because of lifting.

My nails have always been bendy like that now i take prenatals bc im preg & they’re getting so long & harder like not bendy lol. You could try taking a prenatal vitamin just for the purpose of your nails!

My nails have always been super bendy too! And really bad after going to a nail salon. I fixed it recently bc I learned that we aren’t supposed to file the sidewalls of our nails. Filing them makes the nails super weak!

take the WEEM hair skin and nail gummy and i promise it will strengthen them and help so much!!!! if that brand doesn’t work trial different ones until you find one that you notice a difference
